Mr. Al-Mutawa (36) is the President of The  Advanced Technology Group, Ex Chairman of Al-Noor Holding Company, and member of the board of directors of Arkaan Holding Company. He most recently served as the General Manager of BayanTech, a business and technology advisory services company that he founded as part of Bayan Investments Group since 1998. His experience spans more than 15 years of executive business and technical positions in various organizations across the investment, finance, communication, and technology sectors in the private as well as the public sectors. Mr. Al-Mutawa is a member of the National E-Government Steering Committee of the Government of Kuwait, and is the representative of the private sector in the Cabinet of Ministers committee responsible for designing and implementing information technology strategies in the various governmental agencies. Developed and managed the computer Center at Kuwait University and  engineered the first internet supper highway - high tech labs in the GCC for the College of businesses and arranged the first Microsoft strategic education partnership with a university  in the Middle East . Wrote his first professional IT training Manual on Lotus 123 in year  1985. One of the first professional users of the Internet in Medial East in year 1988 before it was available in Kuwait he used to connect long distance to the  USA through CompuServe . ( The age before the www) Created and Developed the First Web sites for his Graduate School of Business Northern Arizona University in the  USA. Also contributed to The Arab world internet year 1993 by developing a Creative solution for one of the first Arabic web site at the time when the Arabic language font was not supported in the browsers of the Internet.   Responsible for " The Flagstaff City -Market Study " A Marketing study that has been adapted by the City of Flagstaff Arizona USA and was passed by the city hall and made it in a commercial product that is been sold in supermarkets like Safeway and have is today   part of the curriculum taught in Marketing class of the  graduate program  at Northern Arizona University.
